About Us

VAGOR TOURS is a private transfer company that operates mainly in the Algarve region. Our main focus is transportation to and from the Airport, ensuring friendliness, comfort and a good experience for our passengers. All drivers have extensive driving experience, thus ensuring safe driving. We are a family business and although our services are mostly requested for the Airport, we also do other types of transfers, such as travel within the Algarve so that customers can get to know the Algarve and what it has to offer, whether in terms of private tours , as well as transfers from point A (hotel) to point B (wherever they wish), which makes for greater comfort for passengers as they have transportation assured. baggage policy

We accept out of shape luggage such as golf bags, prams, wheelchairs and pets, as long as you inform us in advance, without additional costs. When choosing the vehicle for your transfer, check the luggage capacity. Make sure it accommodates all of your volumes.

child safety

In accordance with European and Portuguese legislation, children under 12 years old must travel in suitable safety seats, which we provide at no additional cost. We ask that you inform us in advance of the number of children that will be transported

- 5 small bags (up to 56cm high)
- or 4 medium bags (57-69cm high)
- or 3 large suitcases (over 70cm high)
Non-standard luggage
- 1 golf bag = 1 large suitcase
- 1 pushchair (folding type) = 1 medium suitcase
- 1 wheelchair (folding type) = 1 medium suitcase

5-6 passenger vehicle:

Vehicle capacity (luggage capacity for 5 people)
One piece of hand luggage and
- 5 small bags (up to 56cm high)
- or 4 medium bags (57-69cm high)
- or 3 large suitcase (more than 70cm high)
Non-standard baggage
- 1 golf bag = 1 large suitcase
- 1 pushchair (folding type) = 1 medium suitcase
- 1 wheelchair (folding type) = 1 medium suitcase

Insurance and guarantees

Passengers and their luggage are covered by our insurance policy. We have a private passenger transport license, issued by the Portuguese tourism institute - RNAVT 2198. We are not responsible for delays during transport caused by external reasons such as adverse weather and traffic conditions.

Lost and found

We are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they carry all their belongings with them when entering and exiting the vehicle.

Changes & cancellations of reservations

You can change your reservation at no additional cost up to 5 hours before the desired time subject to availability of dates. For any change or cancellation it is necessary to send an email to reservas@vagortours.com, with the identification of the reservation. You can cancel your reservation at no additional cost up to 8 hours before the desired time. If the cancellation is justified by force of majeure, such as flight cancellations, you can cancel up to 2 hours before. If it is canceled with less time, only 50% of the value will be refunded.

Refunds

Any refund resulting from the change or cancellation of the reservation is automatically processed within a maximum period of 15 working days.

Reservations

All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If this is not possible, please send an email to reservas@vagortours.com or contact +351 912 383 243 for more urgent reservations. We will respond as soon as possible. All reservations will be confirmed with the customer via email or telephone.
