General Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the services provided by the company Vanessa Reis & Simões Lda, under the brand Vagor Tours, headquartered at Sítio dos Selões – Quatro Estradas, 8100-287 Loulé, VAT number 517008750. By using this website and contracting our services, the client agrees to the terms described herein.
- Transfers to and from the Airport
- Transfers between two client-defined points
- Private sightseeing tours with personalized or predefined itineraries
The booking process is carried out by the client directly on the Vagor Tours website. After filling out the booking forms, the client is redirected to a secure payment form, where they enter the necessary data to complete the payment.
Payments are processed exclusively through the Stripe platform. Vagor Tours does not retain or have access to any payment data.
3. Responsibilities of the Client and the CompanyResponsibilities of the Client:
- Ensure that the data provided at the time of booking is correct
- Be present at the place, date and time scheduled for the service
- Contact the company in case of changes, delays, or incidents
Responsibilities of the Company:
- Provide the service as per the reservation, with punctuality, professionalism, and safety
- Ensure vehicles are in good technical and hygienic conditions
- Inform the client of any unforeseen changes to the service
Vagor Tours cannot be held responsible for delays or service failures resulting from:
- Flight cancellations or last-minute changes by the client
- Heavy traffic conditions, road works or closed roads
- Stops by authorities (GNR, PSP, etc.)
Whenever possible, in these situations a transfer rescheduling will be attempted in coordination with the client.
5. Changes to the BookingAny change to a booking (e.g. change of time, number of passengers, pick-up location) must be requested by email and will only be valid after confirmation by Vagor Tours.
The company reserves the right to refuse changes when these are not operationally feasible.
6. Applicable Law and Alternative Dispute ResolutionThese Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In case of consumer disputes, the client may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR).

Policy on Areas of Operation and Cancellation Due
Vagor Tours mainly operates in the Algarve region, where it focuses its transfer and sightseeing tour services.
Our main area of operation includes all locations in the Algarve, as well as occasional connection services between the Algarve and other areas, namely:
- Pick-ups or destinations in Lisbon, Seville, or other points on the Iberian Peninsula, provided that one end of the trip (origin or destination) is located in the Algarve.
Due to operational and logistical limitations, Vagor Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings that:
- Have both origin and destination outside the Algarve region (e.g., Lisbon → Porto, Seville → Madrid)
- Are not logistically feasible, even if partially located outside the Algarve, without prior notice or confirmation from the company.
Whenever a booking is identified as being outside our operational area, it will be:
- Cancelled without penalty to the customer
- Fully refunded within a maximum period of 5 business days
- The customer will be informed by email of the reasons for the cancellation.
We ask our customers to carefully check the origin and destination locations before making the booking.
In case of doubt, we recommend prior contact with Vagor Tours to confirm the feasibility of the service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Vagor Tours understands that travel plans can change, and therefore offers a simple and transparent cancellation policy. By making a booking through our website, the customer agrees to the terms described below.
The customer may cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in AdvanceIf the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be applied.
3. No-show (Failure to Appear)If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and place and has not cancelled in time, no refund will be granted.
4. Method of CancellationCancellation must be made through the cancellation link included in the booking confirmation email sent by Vagor Tours at the time of booking.
5. Refund ProcessingAll refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the booking, via the Stripe platform, and may take several business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the bank.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Vanessa Reis & Simões Lda, headquartered at Sítio dos Selões – Quatro Estradas, 8100-287 Loulé, Tax ID 517008750, operating under the Vagor Tours brand, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of its customers through its website.
Vagor Tours is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through its website, available for contact via email: geral@vagortours.com.
2. Personal Data CollectedThrough the booking forms on our site, we collect the following data:

- Email Address

- Number of people (adults and children)
- Flight Number
- Dates and times of the service
- Luggage
- Payment data (processed via Stripe)
- Origin and destination locations (via Google Maps API)
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Processing and management of bookings
- Sending communications related to bookings (confirmations, changes, cancellations)
- Compliance with legal and fiscal obligations
The processing of personal data is based on the execution of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Data Sharing with Third PartiesPersonal data may be shared with third parties exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted service, namely:
- Google Maps – used to process the origin and destination locations entered by the customer, calculate distances, and estimate travel times.
Privacy Policy - Stripe – used for secure online payment processing.
Privacy Policy - Local service providers and partners, whenever necessary to ensure the execution of the contracted service (e.g., affiliated drivers).
All third parties we collaborate with are contractually obliged to comply with legal data protection standards, ensuring confidentiality, security, and limited use of personal data.
5. Transfer of Data Outside the European UnionSome data may be transferred outside the European Union, namely to the United States, through providers such as Google and Stripe. In these cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are applied, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Retention PeriodData will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period required by legal or fiscal obligations. When no longer necessary, data will be securely deleted.
7. Data Subject RightsUnder applicable law, data subjects have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

- Object to processing or request its limitation
